When Roland first tried his hand at real estate in 1989, he had no clue that he’d still be helping people find the right spaces to call home decades later.
How has he stayed in real estate for so long with such passion and drive? Roland simply shrugs and says, “I love the service aspect and getting to know people.” He also loves the city of Cambridge where the heart of his work has been. The diversity of the people who live in Cambridge is what he finds most exciting.
Roland has helped clients as diverse as university deans, Nobel prize winners, research scientists, artists as well as first-time buyers, young professionals, and families. He thrives on getting to know the unique tastes and needs of every client. As well, Roland brings his expertise as an accountant to best serve his clients with realistic, sound advice. Over the years, Roland has cultivated relationships with the many collaborators that clients need.
Roland also has experience in the real estate markets of Somerville, Belmont, Watertown, Arlington, and Medford. He has had the pleasure of serving clients from China, India, Argentina, Russia, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal, and Venezuela; New Zealand, Samoa, South Korea, Japan, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Germany and, of course, France, where he was born.
Cycling, squash, hiking, and playing soccer with his grandchildren bring Roland joy. And he is always happy to consult with clients.
